WEICON anti-friction spray MoS2 is a grease-free dry lubricant with high pressure and temperature resistance from -185°C to +400°C. The coating is dust-, dirt- and water-repellent, resistant to oil, grease and chemicals, and adheres to metal, plastic and wooden surfaces. The high MoS2 content ensures clean sliding lubrication, reduces friction, acts as an emergency lubricant, and reduces running noises. The product shortens and improves the running-in of plain bearings, gears and other sliding pairings, particularly under high pressure loads and at low sliding speeds. Anti-friction spray MoS2 can be used on sliding and running rails plus guides, conveyor belts, transport rollers and slides, as a coating on punching tools, on loading products instead of release agents containing silicone, and wherever lubrication with oil and grease is not permitted or desired. Anti-friction spray MoS2 is resistant to X-rays and laser beams.
