Zinc spray 1

WEICON zinc spray is TÜV-tested and provides all metal surfaces with permanent, cathodic corrosion protection. It forms a quick-drying, adhesive, protective layer of micro-fine zinc flakes. In a salt spray test according to DIN 53167 or DIN 50021, metal parts sprayed with WEICON zinc spray showed no corrosion, even after more than 1050 hours. The zinc flakes form a highly resistant protective layer, even against extreme weather and environmental influences. WEICON zinc spray therefore meets higher requirements than required according to DIN EN ISO 1461. WEICON zinc spray can be used as a high-quality rust protection primer, for coating welding or drilling points, as a conductive intermediate layer in spot welding, and wherever metal must be protected against corrosion.
